NHBC set up its 'Pride in the Job' competition in 1980 to seek out the UK's best site managers and reward them for creating quality, beautifully finished homes.
The drive for quality is at the heart of NHBC's Pride in the Job and is an integral part of NHBC's role of helping to help raise standards for new home buyers.
NHBC's PIJ campaign is highly respected within the new house-building industry and the accolade of winning a PIJ award sends out a clear message to homebuyers that the homes on that particular site are built to an exceptional standard.
